Bring Water to Boil in Sauce Pan
Cut Sausage into thin circle slices
After Water is Boiling, Place Rice in Pot and Bring back to rolling boil for 1 Minute
Stir Rice, Place lid on Rice and reduce heat and cook for 20 min
In Frying Pan, place sausages into the pan and cook on medium high heat, stirring occasionally
When liquid Sausage is lightly brown add onion and green pepper, Stir, and place lid on pan and let cook for about 5 to six minutes
After Sausage and vegetable cook Lightly season with seasoning to taste
When 20 minutes is up on Rice, Remove lid, Fluff Rice adding butter and Sea Salt
Plate with Smoked Sausages and Vegetables Over the Rice
