Ingredients
- 1 pound Frozen Fries
- 1 pound Black Angus Thin Sliced Beef for Carne Picada
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese Grated
Instructions
- Place Beef in Cast Iron Skillet and Brown
- While Beef is browning, Place Fries in Air Fryer on 400°F for 20 minutes, After first 10 minutes of cooking, shake basket of Fries to separate fries and finish cooking.
- Check on Beef to ensure its not burning. When you see fat in the pan add onions and cook until all meat is fully browned, and onions are translucent.
- After Ground Beef mixture is cook. Drain and season meat to taste with salt and pepper
- Plate with Fries on the Bottom, spread 1/4 of Beef Mixture on top of Fries and spread the desired amount of cheese over it
- Place plated food in Microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted
